That you have arrived at this page tells me you need no explanation as to who the Florida Highwaymen are. However for a brief biography click here.

I live in South Florida and only recently discovered them myself. I immediately became an avid fan, then a collector of their works of art with a particular emphasis on Harold Newton.

I have now developed this site, which is dedicated to selling, buying and consigning for sale art created by all members of the Highwaymen.

I added paintings by the INDIAN RIVER SCHOOL painters:
The Indian River School painters is a group comprised of both students of the highly acclaimed Florida landscape painter A.E Backus and other artists, among whom are some of his contemporaries, whose work so beautifully reflects elements of the Backus style and technique. Their value continues to grow as interest in this school of painting becomes ever deeper and more widespread.
